The American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia awards its Benjamin Franklin Lifetime Achievement Award for exceptional work in the American Revolutionary Era studies and events. The award is given when an individual is deemed worthy.
In September 2003 Mr. Bruce E. Burgoyne received the American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on translating Hessian documents.
In June 2004 Mr. George Neumann received the American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Lifetime Achievement Award for public speaking and his research on the weapons of the American Revolution.
In October 2005 Mr. Jack Asher received the American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Lifetime Achievement Award for more than twenty years of promoting the Battle of Germantown..
On March 26, 2008 The Benjamin Franklin Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to William Summerfield for his 18 years of portraying George Washington and as the co-founder of the American Historical Theatre™ in 1982.
